A pre-compliance layer for mortgage files.
Mortivo CaseCheck helps mortgage advisers make sure a case is complete, consistent and ready before submission. It reviews documents, identifies missing or conflicting information, and produces an evidence-backed readiness view — reducing delays, rework and avoidable declines.
What CaseCheck is
CaseCheck is an AI-assisted case readiness, evidence and quality-control platform for UK mortgage brokers. It sits between the point an adviser gathers documents and the point a case reaches compliance review or lender submission.
It reads case information and supporting documents, extracts the facts each document contains, compares them for consistency, and shows what still needs attention — with the document, page and rule version behind each finding.
Why it exists
Mortgage files are declined or delayed for reasons that are usually visible in the paperwork long before compliance sees them: a missing payslip, an income figure that doesn't reconcile, a name that changed between documents, an address that doesn't match.
CaseCheck exists to surface those things earlier — while the adviser is still with the client — instead of after the case has moved on to compliance or a lender.
