CaseCheck is an AI-assisted case-readiness, evidence and quality-control platform for UK mortgage brokers. It reviews documents, spots missing or conflicting information, and produces an evidence-backed readiness view before a case reaches compliance or a lender.

Does CaseCheck give mortgage advice?

Accepted Answer

No. CaseCheck does not provide regulated mortgage advice, approve suitability, or make a lending decision. Responsibility for the recommendation stays with the authorised firm and the individuals involved.

What does the AI actually do?

Accepted Answer

It classifies uploaded documents, extracts structured facts from them, compares those facts across documents and the case record, and surfaces gaps and inconsistencies with the source page and rule version behind each finding.

Is customer data used to train AI models?

Accepted Answer

No. Customer documents are not used to train third-party models. CaseCheck operates on fictional data only during the controlled beta.

Where is data stored?

CaseCheck runs on the Lovable Cloud platform, which uses Supabase (on AWS). Hosting region is selected within the UK/EU where the underlying platform plan supports it. Current subprocessors and roles are available on request.

CaseCheck is in a controlled beta. Access is arranged with the team on a firm-by-firm basis, and pricing is tailored during this phase.

How does CaseCheck fit with Mortivo OS and Mortivo Audit?

CaseCheck sits between file preparation and compliance. Mortivo OS is the everyday working environment; Mortivo Audit is the retrospective compliance and file-review layer. Integrations across the ecosystem are being developed in stages.
