Who these terms are with

These terms apply between Mortivo and the firm or individual accessing Mortivo CaseCheck. Where a firm is the customer, individual users access the service on the firm's behalf and under the firm's own policies.

AI-assisted outputs

CaseCheck is AI-assisted. Findings, extracted facts and readiness views are decision- support outputs. They do not constitute regulated mortgage advice, a suitability approval or a lending decision. Users must review each output before acting on it, and the authorised firm remains responsible for the recommendation and the compliance decision.

User responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and appropriately obtained customer documents.
• Use the service only for legitimate mortgage case-preparation and quality-control purposes.
• Keep credentials secure and do not share accounts.
• During the controlled beta, use fictional data unless production use has been enabled through Mortivo's documented approval procedure.

Acceptable use

• No attempts to extract underlying models or prompts.
• No security testing without prior written coordination with Mortivo.
• No use of the service to process data unrelated to the customer's own mortgage cases.

Service availability

During the controlled beta, the service is provided on a best-effort basis. No service-level agreement is offered at this stage. Planned maintenance and known incidents will be communicated to customer firms through the agreed channel.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to any agreed written contract, Mortivo excludes liability for indirect and consequential loss arising from use of a controlled-beta service. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.

Changes

These terms will change as the service moves out of controlled beta. Material changes will be notified to customer firms.
