How it works

From a folder of documents to a submission-ready case.

Eight short steps. Every finding is tied back to the document, the page and the rule version behind it.

  1. 1
    Upload documents

Advisers upload payslips, bank statements, ID, proof of address and any other supporting documents into the case.

  2. 2
    AI extracts information

Each document is classified and its key facts are extracted into a structured, evidence-linked record.

  3. 3
    Documents compared

Extracted facts are compared with the case information and with each other — names, addresses, income, employer, dates.

  4. 4
    Missing information found

CaseCheck lists the documents or fields still needed for the case type.

  5. 5
    Conflicts identified

Where sources disagree, the conflict is shown side-by-side with the source page for each value.

  6. 6
    Case readiness score

A single view combining missing items, unresolved conflicts and confidence — updated as evidence is added.

  7. 7
    Broker reviews

The adviser (and, where the firm uses one, the compliance reviewer) works through each item.

  8. 8
    Ready for submission

The case is packaged with an evidence-backed audit trail, ready to go to compliance or the lender.

Where the human decisions sit

CaseCheck does not approve suitability, submit a case, or make a lending decision. Its role is to gather the evidence, extract the facts, and highlight what needs attention. The adviser and the firm's compliance function make every judgement that matters.
